TOSHIBA Laptop AC Adapter Replacement

Trouble Shooting - Is it my battery or TOSHIBA ac adapter that is not working?
Customers often buy a new battery for their laptop computers when their laptops no longer power up. They often find themselves still having the same problem when they receive their new battery. The problem is usually with their TOSHIBA AC adapter. To trouble shoot, simply remove your battery and power your laptop with the TOSHIBA AC adapter only. If your laptop powers up, the problem is most likely your battery.
